Zebrafish tilescan

Tile of 3x1 images each a Z-projection image of 70 frame Z-stack over a 210µm range. Unity was fitted with a 10x 0.45NA lens. Green is myoII staining.

3x 70 images of 40 msec exposure (FITC) and 100ms (DsRED) per image. Time of acquisition was 13.3 secs per tile giving a total time for acquistion of 40 secs. Each tile was 1200 x 1200 µm. DAPI, FITC and DsRed LED Tri-band filter cube used.

Zebrafish Heart

Fast timelapse series of a beating zebra fish embryo heart acquired with Andor DSD2. Imaging switches from confocal to widefield halfway through the series.
