CoolLED's pE-300Ultra offers intense, broad-spectrum LED illumination for imaging the most common fluorescent stains with microsecond switching via multiple TTL inputs and the ability to mount inline excitation filters.

Pairing with high performance multi band filter sets enables imaging traditionally requiring a white light source and filter wheel.

CoolLED pE-4000


The CoolLED pE-4000 is a broad spectrum (365-770 nm) illumination system for fluorescence microscopy with 16 selectable LED wavelengths that can be matched to the filters and fluorophores of almost any microscope.

For consistency and ease of use the system can be operated as a ‘White’ illumination system using simple on/off and intensity buttons, or in “Advanced” mode for total control of the excitation source for improved imaging and for selection and control of individual wavelength settings.

Excelitas X-Cite 120PC Q


The Excelitas X-Cite 120PC Q is a computer controlled fluorescence microscope light source offering rich spectral sample excitation and a uniformly illuminated field of view from a 120W lamp which has been pre-aligned for convenience and has a guaranteed 2000 hours lifetime.

The X-cite 120PC Q also features software control and a standard adjustable iris, which may help minimise photo-bleaching.

IMARIS is an easy to use 3D/4D image analysis software which seamlessly reconstructs and renders large 3D/4D datasets. At your disposal is a fully integrated platform to organize, visualise, analyse, and explore your images and present them in the best possible manner.

The big data capable Imaris Stitcher easily aligns and stitches image tiles and is able to export stitched images of terabytes in size.

Imaris ClearView-GPU™ deconvolution has been engineered to ensure the highest speeds and functionality with the largest possible datasets. Imaris ClearView-GPU™ deconvolution increases the resolution in all three dimensions: features that were previously indistinguishable become clearly separated.

A third party software package, Fiji is a distribution of the widely used open source image processing software, ImageJ.

SVI Huygens

The Huygens Software includes many image processing options for brightfield and all types of fluorescence Microscope images. With Huygens it is possible to perform image deconvolution and restoration interactive analysis and volume visualization in 2D-4D multi-channel and time.

Additional Server and GPU-based Options ensure maximisation of hardware performance.

The Huygens software comes in different flavors offering solutions for both single users and multi-user facilities.

MicroVolution

The software deconvolves images from widefield confocal two photon light sheet and HCA microscopes.

Windows 10 Shuttle PC

The handling, processing and visualisation of multi-dimensional confocal microscopy live cell images are extremely computer intensive and require the use of a high performance desktop computer.
