The following software are available for order from Aurox, either as stand-alone units or as part of a Clarity microscopy system:

The Aurox Visionary software has been specially developed for the acquisition of live cell imaging data using the Aurox Clarity LFC unit as part of a laser free confocal microscopy system.

Designed with simplicity and ease of use at its core, the software provides a single graphical user interface, which relates device and experimental settings directly to the connected instrument hardware.

The Visionary software provides for the optimisation and control of the instrument set-up and calibration followed by the set-up and image acquisition control of the confocal microscopy experiment.

Key features of the software:

  • Instrument set-up and calibration
  • Experiment set-up and control
  • Real time confocal image quality inspection tool
  • Supports a range of digital camera manufacturer sCMOS devices, including, PCO and Andor
  • Outputs data in OME Tiff format

Microvolution software delivers nearly instantaneous deconvolution by combining intelligent software programming with the power of a GPU developed by Stanford scientists.

The software deconvolves images from widefield confocal two photon light sheet and HCA microscopes.

Blind deconvolution option improves noisy data such as deep tissue imaging. Multi-GPU options enable even giant images to be processed in seconds.

Micovolution allows you to:

  • Work more effectively in dim light and realize greater success rates with live-cell and time-lapse experiments;
  • Create cleaner measurements after deconvolution (e.g. colocalization FRET data neurite lengths fluorescence intensities);
  • Make adjustments to your microscopy experiments on the fly and collect more data from the same sample;
